Sorry to say theres a good chance I wont make this one.(yet again) If I do make it (need to see if I can rearrange things at work first) then I will drive up in the morning and back after the ride so if anyone can use a place in the fartfest bunkhouse then please do. Still holding out some hope of getting there but didnt want to say nothing then drop out at last minute.

She says that when you've finished the ironing {having already washed all the party dishes}, you might be 'allowed' to come on the bike ride . Come to think of it, you might also wash the cars . . . . . . .

I doubt I'll get any sleep at all - there will be ten 16/17 years olds staying over, fuelled by drink, drugs & hormones. I just hope that they don't break anything or throw-up over anything of value .

IF (and it is a big if) I can get the other riders to come along, I'll be the one playing the role of Domestique, since they are far stronger cyclists than me.

Has gone colder in the last few days and that wind has got a bite to it now that it didn't have last week.
