Be wary, LD is normally out on his forecasts, by at least 25% . . . . . . .it'll be a good 7 miles then.

Irrespective of all this noober talk, I shall be savouring my breakfast and taking time to faff about, possibly including a quick stroll down the street to stretch my legs, before setting off on any bloody ride. If this involves me being a bit late then so be it...just tell me the general direction and I'm sure I'll be fine
