It's a phrase i hear 'the kids' say, just said it to sound 'down' to be honest.Not entirely sure what a hater is, from the words i hear people say most people seem to hate most things.

It was a popular race with the peloton though. Short stages, short transfers, safe wide roads that are in good nick, and good food. I can see the attraction for them at least.
