Tour de France - Stage 11 - SPOILER

This stage is also the half way mark for the tour and is considered to be the last chance for the sprinters before Paris. I think i'ts fair to assume that Cav will be pulling out all of his stops to get this one but as usual there will be all the others doing their best to beat him.
Needless to say I hope Cav gets the podium kisses today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Similar stage to yesterday isn t it. Any sprinters left have Montpellier to look forward to.

The Montpellier stage might be a bit more difficult for the sprinters to control as the teams will be getting pretty knackered by then.

I was forgetting about the Montpellier stage which is the last 'flat' stage before Paris but from what I've read elsewhere it could be a difficult one with the wind likely to play it's part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets hope Cav bags it today - don't think he'll make the same mistakes as yesterday?

Wind aside, Stage 15 is also nailed on for a bunch sprint. So I'm hoping Cav can make it 5 again this year. If he does and nicks points on favourable intermediate sprints I think he will finally bag the green jersey as Gilbert has run out of options now I think???
