For breakfast a bowl of 50/50 mix Jordans Natural Muesli (no added salt/sugar) and Lidl's Luxury Fruit Muesli (Must be those two - its taken years of research to perfect the mix ), with a good sprinkling of 2-3 tbsp. natural Bran, and likewise of Wheatgerm. Served with skimmed milk and unsweetened low fat Greek style yoghurt - can't beat it. Should keep you going for 20-30miles or so. Plenty to drink on the ride and the usual banana, flapjack, cake etc
