Are you keeping the plastic spoke protector on the back wheel? (It doesn't really gain you much to take them off, but I don't like the look of them!)

I have removed them on my other bikes, will probably wait a few weeks until it's had it's first service/check-up before taking it off (weight saving and all that )
Only thing I've done is swapped the Luganos for some Michelin Krylions that I had already waiting, and they blend in with the 'colour' scheme

Nice bike indeed - might go for the Sora CAAD 8 myself. Mind you there isn't one to test out anywhere local like.

Gonna ride the Synapse tomorrow, and hopefully a Norco, a Moda and Pinnacle... and maybe an Allez.

I would hope so, like Rob says ( i think) it doesn't have to be the Sora version to get an idea of fit and general lovliness

Cheers Adam, the colour was more important to me than the groupset tbh, ideally I'd have had this colour with Tiagra for the £899.
The friendly lbs did the 105 version for £949 which was a no-brainer

Superb! The 105 for less than a grand is indeed a no-brainer . I'll give it a month before you swap the wheels though, even my shimano R501's make a difference.
