So working Monday to Friday sometimes not getting back home till 7/8 I don't get alot of time to get out on the bike so the weekends are my best times to enjoy cycling.
This past week has been manic at work and last weekend I was out of action due to sinus issues and a chest infection. So the plan was to get out on the bike this morning for an hour. Got up remembered that I needed to do a couple of little bits to the bike that i just didnt have the energy to do last weekend so started to do those one of which was to remove the winter mudguards . No sooner had I finished and the heavens opened and the temperature dropped.
I think this is a case of sods law as I won't get a chance to get out on the bike now until next weekend.
Oh well on a plus point knowing the weather was staying for the day I have given the bike a through clean and polish and it's currently sat on the turbo trainer for later. If I can't get out on the road I better get on the turbo and boost my weight loss.
