Mrs OFT works in Clitheroe. Apparently this chap is authentic - odd jobs with his tandem.
Obviously the clip is contrived somewhat for comedic value.
I posted it because it made me chuckle, and to bring some harmless levity.

Well this is interesting, many on Facebook thought it was a take pee comedy script.

Definitely been interesting seeing how many people think it’s scripted and that he’s an actor. I’m nowhere near talented enough to write the stuff that Alfie comes out with naturally!
Of course it’s not an entirely straight documentary and we had a good laugh making it, but so it goes in real life - he doesn’t take himself too seriously and loves making people laugh with or without the camera around.
