Good morning from a grey and still Dorset. I dragged the turbo trainer out of the shed and set it up in the extension. Still have a couple of months left on our Fulgaz subscription so Mrs Tkk will be able to get some exercise while her hamstring heals🤞

Is Fulgaz any good? I’ve tried Rouvy a couple of times, and while the scenery is lovely, I just found it slightly boring as there’s hardly anyone else around, probably as they have so many routes and riders are spread out.

Riverside trail done. I broke into a jog for a mile or so and it kept me warm.

Good morning. Well!!!! So arrived at my lad's house at 9.00 last night. He's away and DIL looked nackered and poorly, she had to be up at 4.30am for work. #SP2 asleep in the spare bed - my bed! I packed the DIL off to bed and told her not to worry.

#SP2 was very restless and she's got a rotten cold so I haven't had a great night. Safely delivered to nursery, I was told 10 minutes walk. It was 23! I'm rather pleased as it was quite clear SP and I could have just carried on with the day. She wasn't phased at all.

I'm going back to bed now.

We subscribed because you can have a second user on the account. They have their own login so the workouts are correctly assigned to each user. You get an Email after each ride with a file attached which drops into Garmin Connect ( I often us the "Indoor Cycling " activity on my Garmin watch which automatically uploads but the distance can be a bit out.
I've not tried any group activities so I'm not sure, I just pick a route and time / distance that I fancy ( usually somewhere warm ☀️😎 at this time of the year ) . I think you can try it free for a fortnight :

Right, back from the dentist.
As most know I am suffering long Covid as many others are. The effects are varied and can be weird.
With me I lost my sense of balance (can fall over easily) and the strength in my legs (most mornings it takes hours before I can walk/stagger).
Long and short is it looks like it's having a go at my teeth. The top ones have simply died and broken off to just stubs.
We discussed 3 options and I have chosen to have them ground down to gum level then have a palate and false teeth.
It will cost me £320 smackers for the privilege.
To complicate things, my dentist is leaving and says the new dentist may not agree to do that and may insist on them all coming out.
All good fun hey

I’ve currently got this offer from Rouvy sitting in my inbox. The yearly payment works out really well. I might be tempted again just to give a bit of variety from Zwift.

@Dave7 Geez, Dave, that doesn't sound good. Big hug from me.

I've had a good sleep, very comfy bed, without an alarm I'd still be flat out! I had a tidy round for the kids, picked up squashed banana etc.

I'm now sat in the very excellent Branch 14 coffee house waiting for my cycling buddies. They just "happened" to be stopping here today.

I'm starving so it's a full English for me.
