Morning again. Not long back from a 4 mile jog. Jeez, it was hard work today. One of these days my legs are like lead and the heart rate is high as it was such hard work. I’m not consistent enough with my running so it’s sometimes at least a week between runs which isn’t much good. I think I need an absolute minimum of two runs a week, preferably three to improve and make it feel easier.

Morning all :hello:

Excellent gig by the Kast Off Kinks last night coincided with the Minehead Christmas fair, so it was a fun packed evening all round.
Got to be back home around lunchtime as someone off FB is bringing her son's Specialized MTB around that needs a service and small repair. That'll give me something to tinker with next week.

Cooooeeee. 12 deg here.

I still can't like @Tenkaykev posts.

Seems more odd behavior going on at the BBC. About time it was made to pay for itself.

Anyhoo. Stay safe peeps :hello:

Me neither . He will start thinking we don’t like him 😂😀😀

In this day and age it’s very unlikely the program is made by the bbc . Most programs are made by independent production companies.

I've just read Greg Wallace is alleged to have once walked in to the Masterchef studio completely naked. He was wearing a sock over his penis. He then performed a "silly dance."

Mind boggling. What is it with men who feel they can behave in this manner?

What puzzles me is, there must be many people in a studio for a TV production, so, many people must have observed such behaviour. How does he (or anyone else) get away with it more than once?

Is the incidence of such behaviour evenly spread across the TV channels, or, are BBC world leaders in this?

My wife raised this point 10 minutes ago. She was asking how can it go on for years?

I believe it was Kirsty Wark who blew the first whistle. Now, there's a strong woman who takes no cr@p from anyone. Can you imagine stepping out of line in her presence? Yet it seems to have taken some years for she spoke out.

If this proves true, he is the odious little creep he comes over as on TV.

Good morning. I haven't looked outside yet but I can't hear any weather. A slightly odd feeling, there is nothing I should or need to do. Feels a bit odd.

I'll crack on with my exercise routine shortly and follow this with a leisurely breakfast.

Rovers are at home to Leeds. A big game. Leeds are second and looking to go top. A win for Rovers, 8th, might put us 6th. Looking forward to this one.

I thought it would/should be on TV but it's not.
