It is the tail and it has an intense flavour IMHO. I haven't been able to get my hands on oxtail for a long time especially Wales and when I have its just a few pieces that cost a stupid amount. I think the intense. Flavour comes from the bones

We are at the end of the cul-de-sac - religious busy bodies don;t seem to make it this far
or possibly they just right Widnes off as a lost cause of den of iniquity beyond saving???
last time I had one come round they wanted to leave a pamphlet or something and I refused as it was a sin to waste the Earth's resources by taking it just to throw it out
which seemed to confuse them
Still - I was polite to them - no reason to be grumpy - just not interested in what they say.
anyway - landscape bloke coming round later with his "shed guy"
we (i.e. SWMBO) has gone from a squere (ish) brick shed to a triangular wooden shed
and is now on about a pentagon - not regular but basically the same triangle but with the sharp corners flattened out
which sounds expensive - but this bloke seems a lot better than the guy whose work we need him to fix
lte's hope so - I don;t want to have to do this agin in this lifetime!!!

Good grey, damp and drizzly morning. Today is #1 small person's fourth birthday. Where did that go? Looking forward to her party at 12.30.** £25 on the PBs this month. We cashed most of them in last month after 8 months with nothing. Strange.
** Now. My son knows his father and brother are diehard Rovers. Never miss a game. Today Rovers (6th) v Sheffield Utd (4th). 3 points between them. Biggest game of the season so far. What time is kick off? 12.30!!!!!
I have had words with my son. Granddad and uncle will be at the party. I wouldn't miss it for anything.........even Rovers.
