After of course....I need to know you have done it.
And if I call to collect it...

How hard do folk feel it'd be to raise £450 sponsership in a month?

Been asked if I'd be interested in doing a tandem parachute jump for charity.

Depends how wide a circle of potential donors you can call on. Daughters 3 and 4, each, regularly (twice a year each) manage to raise that order of amount, in various sponsored runs/walks etc, usually for various Cancer Charities.

In both cases I would guess the typical donation is £10, so, you would need 45-50 donors.

Both daughters typically "advertise" their run/walk and solicit donations via Facebook, as well as word of mouth.

I haven’t been in my car for three weeks.

I had people in the 1970's looking out on a Thursday for their Giros. They came in small window brown envelopes.First stop Post Office second stop pub.Well on our estate they did.We had one wife storm in to the delivery office demanding to see the Manager saying the Postie had lost their giro, little did she know hubby got his hands on it and went boozing.

Yep, when I got into bike racing in the 80’s there seemed to be a lot of full time riders funded by their weekly giro’s.
