I have held two premium bonds for over 57 years without a win.,

Good morning all.
A big thunder storm woke me up at about 04.15, continuous lightning and thunder for nearly an hour as the storm approached, went right above Barnet and then went north westwards. It was quite spectacular. Fortunately I managed to get back to sleep afterwards. More rain is forecast later on.
Uncle Ernie came up with £150 this month👍
Millie is off to the RVC again this afternoon. She's staying in overnight and is being endoscoped to see what is going on inside. 😟

I bought £100 of PBs maybe 20 years ago. I had an early win (think it was £20) and that was it......zero since then.

On R2 they have been discussing thunder and what causes it. People have been messaging with what they were told as children.

Heavy rain overnight and it's still pouring down. Still....the garden needs it.
A morning in the workshop beckons. Might get the Bantam fired up if the battery arrives this morning.
£125 on the PBs for us this month.

We have very fine misty rain now.

I just caught my neighbours cat hunting the rabbits in my field. I had to go out and chase him away.

Just pulled the trigger on a metalworking lathe; should be delivered next week.

Just back from my wander. I went up the hill trail in the hope of getting above the mist but no luck.

£125 on PB this month. Looking back over the last year the ‘prizes’ have amounted to 3.5% which I suppose is ok given that they are free of tax ?
