Hello one and all. Woke to bright sunshine and a frost on the roof! A run on the Heath yesterday saw we hobbling home with a painful knee, I have a physio appointment this afternoon so fingers crossed 🤞

I've got an appointment with the dentist later on this morning, just for a checkup, I don't think I need any treatment, but we'll see.

Update on my severe, critical, life threatening health problem ie headache.
I resorted to tablets...... can't remember last time I took any for a headache but they worked quite quickly and headache is slipping away. So I should get my Thursday lunchtime pub visit in.

Not up here. Still cold and dismal out there just now. The hedges are only just turning green now and a few trees are slowly getting leaves but it seems slow this year. We've had no real warmth yet.
