Good morning. The forecast is 90% rain, it seems I've got the 10%. Today will mainly be odds and ends though motivation isn't high at the moment. The knee is still good after yesterday's hike.

Now where does this fit on the Granddadding scale?

Monday 4.30 #1SP for sleepover
Tuesday #1SP all day and drop home
Tuesday 5.30 collect #2SP take her home then....... stay over Tuesday and Wednesday nights to about 8.00pm Thursday. She's at nursery during the day. #2SP's Mum is due back from her work trip Thursday evening.

I think they owe me! I'm looking forward to it but it's a lot..............must confess my buddies are riding down towards Manchester on Wednesday and Thursday...........I might, just might, oh go on then, I will pop my bike in the car. We have gravel on the Manchester towpaths and trails planned.

Morning. Damp here although forecast to brighten up. It actually turned out lovely yesterday weather wise, I was sitting on mower in shorts.

Plan for today is trip to tip to take cuttings, then remove leaking power shower pump which appears to be source of leak. Investigate that, order a new one and continue clean up and hopefully get out on bike in afternoon. All subject to nothing else going pear shaped.

Nothing, just a boiled baby.
That's what I were afraid of.

Pleasant 5.7 miles walked. I’m trying to pick the speed up slightly as I was noticing my average pace had been gradually dropping.

I never saw another human. Just the way I like it! Lots of sheep and lambs, a massive herd of deer and I saw the wild goats. 🐐

Any idea what the water features are to the NW of the Sawdust Track were for?

One lamb now at your house.
