Good morning all. A cloudy start to the day here in Barnet.
The first of the bin lorries will be down our road soon. The general rubbish one is a couple of hours later.
The British gas engineer is coming between 8am- 1pm to do the annual service.
MrsP got a bit too close to another vehicle last night and the cover of the wing mirror flew off. She did retrieve it from the road and it doesn't look damaged but I'll find out when I try to refit it. The other car wasn't damaged by the way.
The carpets in the front room and hallway need cleaning, I bought a bottle of cleaning solution last week, so I'll do that this morning.
Then I'm going to plant my potatoes this afternoon.
All this after walking Millie.
This evening MrsP and myself are off to the Shaftsbury theatre in London town to see Doubtfire.
So all in all a busy busy Monday.
Plus,
I downloaded the CC app , I thought I would come into the modern age.😁
Phew. I'm tired already. :cuppa:

AT least they don;t keep insisting on having cheese with every meal

disgusting stuff - and the French stuff is even worse than the English stuff

Serious question.
How do you know as you don't eat cheese full stop.
As a cheese lover and having had lots of French holidays I can say (from a personal perspective) that I enjoyed the variety of cheeses .

I love cheese, particularly strong Cheddar, but also French cheeses. Perfect with some grapes, apple and a good glass of Vino rouge.
May I ask what it is about cheese you find disgusting?
There are so may different types, from hard cheddars to softer brie or camenbert.

A variety of cheese eg Brie, Cheshire, some blue with crackers and vino, difficult to beat.
