Just watching the Freddie Mercury tribute concert from 1992 on Sky Arts, which I watched live when I was 16.
And finding out that both Roger Daltry and Robert Plant were younger then than I am now.

Names.

I wonder why parents keep giving their babies names like Harold, Albert & Alfred that make them sound like grandparents and pensioners, but I'm now the wrinkly with a name that presumably sounds like a pensioner.

I'm thinking about packing a travel bag/holdall with clothes, phone charger, contact lens stuff etc and keeping it behind my front door, in case I fall/trip/slip and break something.

I actually did that for a while ~10 years ago, when my arrhythmia had me in hospital every verse end.

They were popular 72yrs ago. I'm one of those and my brother is one of the others and I have two cousins, both called Alan.

I have friends with each of those names, mostly within 15 years +/- of myself (I'm 63).
