Sounds like a sensible approach
doesn't help with the batteries that have already flooded through the gaping hole in the regulations but presumably if the hole is plugged
i.e. good new regulations and enforcement (how??)
then eventually all the dodgy ones will wear out and have to be replaced with safer ones
Now - how do you stop "Bernie The Battery Bloke" selling them on tickbook nice and cheap due to lack of safety stuff???
