its higher than the old one - and yes i do have short legs LOL i'm only 5ft 1Ooh, shiny!
+1 for possibly raising the saddle. If it's too low it'll make riding hard work, especially on the hills.
just a thought, can i take those horrid orange things off the wheels?
That's fair enough.its higher than the old one - and yes i do have short legs LOL i'm only 5ft 1
will give it a go - but its scary !!!!!!So am I. The idea that you should be able to put your feet down while sitting on the saddle is wrong, and you will damage your knees riding like that. At 5ft 1 my saddle isn't ridiculously high like some tall men's, but it is at least level with the handlebars on all my bikes. Give it a try, you will find it's more comfortable honest.

That's similar to what @Pat "5mph" said when we suggested the same to her.will give it a go - but its scary !!!!!!
Check french law first, they may be a bit more pedantic than the UK or PSNI. Shouldn't really be a problem if you've got decent lights Sunset - Sunrise
^This.
You only need them on in France if you are cycling at night (under French law), but to be honest I don't think the gendarmes would care unless you were riding at night without lights.[/quote
Thanks - you can't miss me anyway LOL fat pink and wobbly !!!
ps hope you are not near me !!! don't need any photograpic evidence LOL
