As I’m a newbie and although I’ve read 30 pages of this thread out of the 184. I didn’t come across anything like the shoe thread. I.E. how many shirts or suits do you have or do they need separate threads. No pun intended.

Now , I'm not saying now't, but around here in the Sarf' a Melt is a perjoritive term,
Maybe best describe your friends wares ,as stinky ponky candles, or more prosaic, as scented ones.
Describe yourself as a 'Melt' In a Sarf Lunnon term , well it wouldn't get you complemented
