Reiss are a weird brand (or seem so to me as an someone outside of their target audience). They sell a lot of very well made clothes but mostly in styles that simply won't suit or in some cases even fit me (before anyone asks I'm closer to Accy's build than Mr Creosote) - skin tight suit trousers etc. Their prices however, are often higher than what you might think of as high end competition.

On the other hand, their sales are a source of fantastic silk pocket squares that are by no means.. er.. square.

Some of the M&S Autograph range is very similar to Reiss

Yes, they seem to aim for the 20's/30's age range. They sell those Rishy Sunak shrunk in the wash type trousers etc etc. I just liked the loafers on sight, but nothing else as I'm far to old, and conservative (unlike Sunak ) for their wardrobe! 🧐

Mrs BB has tried on several things from that range over the years, and rejected them all because the sleeves were too short. We can't decide if it's a sleeve or arm problem.

I have a M&S Autograph navy blazer, bought for a fiver from a charity shop. Surprisingly it fits my long 25 inch arms without having to be baggy on the body to do so. I'm probably going to give it back to a charity shop soon as I haven't worn it for over a year and I have far too many jackets now.

I bought two pairs of socks and some sunglasses in Elan Boutique today.

The shades were down in price from £50 to £20 and seeing as they match the olive green suit I had on, I just had to have them!

That's a heck of a mark up as they are on sale here for less than half of that price, if bought individually!
