hello me agin, today not a moan but celebration completed 55 miles today in 3 hrs 38 mins. Hard at end because of climb at 45 but completed. Thanks for all your support and bt the wat nearly under 15 stone even better.

Thanks all for your encouragement well apreciated, I started a new thread as I thought this was a place to share the love of cycling. i am proud because I have gone from zero exercise and 16-7 stone to nearly under 15. Thanks again for the others support.

And when you've been around a while, you might notice that I offer as much encouragement and technical information in this section as anyone.

I also fry my eyeballs and melt my brain constructing and improving VeloWeb, again as a resource for cyclists. Maybe I'll start another thread announcing that.

Perhaps the CC protocols are different from other forums, but every other forum I participate in, the creation of superfluous threads is frowned upon and will get you flamed very quickly.

IMO, the OP could have made the announcement on their original thread.
