His penalty was absolutely shocking though!
I’m glad he managed to redeem himself.

The Man Utd game last night was bonkers, properly properly bonkers. They can't defend for toffee and I thought their comeback penalty was very sott. Still, it made my good lady and her pals happy, one of whom is relatively young and doesn't really understand football beyond what LadBible (or similar) tells him which is always good value.
I'm glad I bought it as they are selling fast, with some fans asking on a Stanley fans Facebook page if anyone has a spare ticket. Having said that others say there are still quite a few available, but the club are only letting folk have a maximum of 2 to stop those who fancy themselves as small time ticket touts. I hope if any are left on the day of the match the club doesn't sell them as Carlisle wanted 2000 tickets, but have been given only 1000, meaning many Carlisle fans will travel down without tickets, hoping to buy tickets for the home parts of the ground. Which as we know could result in trouble for both stewards and Accy fans. In a way I'm quietly quite enthusiastic about our relegation battle as it's far more exciting than a boring mid table end to the season, providing we don't go down of course! We'll have a far better idea after tomorrow's League 2 games about what Accy, Carlisle, Morecambe and not forgetting Tranmere need from their last 3 games. I think Morecambe are probably going down, with us or Carlisle soon to join them. Carlisle and Morecambe have been the bottom 2 clubs for most of the season, so it'd be fair to say that both deserve to be relegated, but as we definitely know, the table doesn't lie and if we end up in 23rd position then it was meant to be!
Well Lpool scraped a win against Leicester. They weren't impressive but the win was important.
