Well you are obviously doing something wrong, perhaps watching some tutorials might give you more insight into the workings of a bicycle.

That's what I've tried, maybe I didn't put enough grease inside, but what I remember from putting the bearings in the front is that the hub kind of loosened, then one fell out and the rest came out, I noticed my back wheel was a tiny bit loose but didn't change it at the time, now the hub came loose and the bearings came out, I did actually put the grease on it though, maybe it wasn't thick enough, but I think maybe the rain thins it.

do you mean the individual ball bearings fell out onto the ground ? whilst riding?

This can only happen if you've missed a key part off.

Loose balls are held in with grease whilst you are assembling but not once it's altogether.

Why not have one more try? Get the bearings and appropriate grease from your lbs along with advice, and then pack plenty of grease in: the correct number of ball bearings should stick to the grease, lash a bit more in, tighten up the cones, back off very slightly eg 1/4 turn, make sure the lock nuts are tight. Job done. Happier bike.

Well I've said I've already tried putting new bearings in and greasing them, but they just fell out again, I make sure the wheel was tightened but again it just fell out, I have bought 3 sets of bearings trying to get this thing farking sorted but it just farks up again, I even put in bearings from the other bike and the same thing happened again, even though they did fit.
I am now farking totally convinced that you should stay away from your bike. Don't touch it. Don't ride it. Don't attempt to fix it. Someone will get farking hurt. Get a bus timetable or befriend someone with a car.

It's probably a bit late for new bearings I think. If you've tried to ride it with the bearings removed it's likely you've already ruined everything else inside by now. The fact you needed to strip it in the first place implies the bearings and races were already damaged in some way. Changing bearings is virtually pointless if the races are damaged and you don't do something with those too.
I think there's only so much advice we can offer you with only a text based description. If you're determined to try and fix this yourself then I suggest you either post some high quality photos so it's easier for the forum to work out what's wrong, or get someone from a bike shop to look at it with you and explain what needs doing (I expect they'll be happy to do this provided you are buying the parts from them, but it depends where you go. Don't expect the advice for nothing though. Bung them a tenner or something if you're not buying anything). If you're going to have them do the work too, then ignore the above.
