only last week I tried to explain to my youngest the theory about monkeys being able to type Shakespeare's works given enough time etc. You know. My son told me I was talking nonsense. I think TT's post and picture may make it easier for me to persuade him using bkool as an example

Only one is programming ... the others are the PR and comms department

This is the correct image from Bkool. Here you see tech support (the guy on the ladder) and development department (the guy sitting). User requests are passed from tech support to the developers right hand, and he then passes them to his left hand and directly into the wastebasket. As you can see, It's Monday and the wastebaskets are pretty empty, ready for another week of ignoring user requests, error reports and other non-important stuff. :-)

Well, credit where credit is due.

Today I shared a few emails with Pablo from Bkool where we addressed an on going issue I've been having with unconverted gpx to 3D. He didn't give me the flannel that some of his compadres have been guilty of, he patiently allowed me to explain my gripe..... and he fixed it... thank you Pablo.

I believe that my faith (and renewal) has been rewarded.

Bkool are at it again! Worked my socks off this evening to ride the Col De La Madeleine. Was shaking and ill when I finished, I worked that hard (I won't go into details ). And what do BKool do .. they leave the ride greyed out so I can't see my efforts. In the other system that starts with 'Z' the ride would be saved and in Strava instantly. I really do want to stay with BKool so I can ride the big climbs, but they don't make it easy for me
