I am not much lighter but don't possess your raw power. I think that I'm on the fast slope to mediocrity being passed 50. I think Lars said for us older riders it's more a battle to hold onto what we have, not so much improve significantly

Quite depressing really:sad:. Never knew as a youth the potential
Well, I hit 40 and power and fitness are nowhere near what they used to be. I used to do 2500 sit ups in one go and never really got tired (but then I was 20, 76kg and into rockclimbing and doing them every day).
It's depressing knowing what you could once do...

Thanks Bob - trying to get my head around all this is starting to make my brain hurt and probably boring everyone else too!

Bridgy, I am beginning to think the absurd which is that the pro communicates a proprietary ant to Bsim and ant fec to Zwift/tr. the reality or integrity of slope/transition/slope should be more accurate in bsim than other sim providers yet it clearly is not ! Perhaps the dead stops are the 2 signals merging!^_^ Transition and slope accuracy on a Pro are simply much better in Zwift than bsim

It comes down to how the software is written and excecuted. Obviously the script writers at zwift are better than their bkool counterparts...

Yep, I mentioned that one on the Bkool English - Spiuk Challenge event page as well. Both 1st and 2nd place on stage 8 is not valid, and the fitness level for David/Alex Rawson at place 39 is way off too. Beating me with a 214watt effort, and weighing about 25kg more, doesn't make sense either, except if it was a downhill race.

Brusgaard, you should join the British Team as well, coming from a place called Skive you should fit in well with our ethics.

Sorry guys, not going to do the ride tonight. HID insisted I take her out for a meal today, and I'm sure she insisted i have a couple of beers too. So I don't think a ride would be a great idea xx(

But it used to work. I recall getting the pro and being so happy with it and the way the software worked. I don't think it was just a case being naive or blind to quirks. I honestly don't recall the show stoppers like the deadstops etc. Anyway, enough of me moaning.

Hehe, well Skive in Danish is the same as slice in English.

I already proclaimed that I might show up at the Nations Cup gathering in Denmark wearing an old Banesto shirt. Being Danish wearing a Spanish shirt and rooting for the British Team might get me into trouble. :-)

Today I spent a few pounds on a new training wheel and 10 spd block, plus a pair of continental 4 season tyres... and I've still got a couple of hundred quid left... and I'm not sure what to blow it on...

Pimp my ride ...Any suggestions?
