:hyper: 3rd time trying, I've conquered virtual Bkool Mt. Teide, 3hr 24mins 7100ft climb in 30miles. I get my points this time, mean Bkool not giving any points unless you finish.:shy:
I feel :B), peeled my self off the bike crawled upstairs and into a hot bath to relax cramping legs.

If you want to put up some more times to join my lone 1 user, 1 attempt. Have a go, should suit Breedon, Berty and Bob also anyone who's coming to Wales:biggrin: It is great training hill, plenty of scope to beat my time. The Bots I loaded were Pro and Active and were 50 mins ahead of my time. Only one Lapdog bot stayed with me until the crater rim and then buggered off and left me to finish.

Bloody hell Andy 7000 feet!

I was quite proud of myself for humping a tumble dryer to the top of a 3 story house but I think you win this round my friend :notworthy:

Well done mate

Cheers pal.. I won't be bkooling for a week. If you have a go at it before I get back, I'll check in to scrutinise your ride. I may miss stage 6 until I recover from my trip to the Motherland, and come back to it when I have my legs back.

It really shouldn't make such a difference being away for a week, but it really does.. these old joints of mine seize up pretty quickly.. probably due to the outdoor life - that and the slightly moist atmosphere here in the Trossachs..

See ya on the other side..
Enjoy and see you on the rides when you get back :okay:

I might try the ride at a slow pace to see how it is and not get to tired early on, then have a more full on attack once there are enough ghosts I can add to aid me

Yes, I wanted the gradients to feel as real as I could get them. I honestly dont' think I could climb that hill without the 40T sprocket on the back. It allows me to keep my cadence in the high 70s for the steepest section without laying down huge watts. I have a secret development plan coming together, hopefully in time for Tenerife

4 1/2 hours:ohmy:

Respect!
Using the kickr in bsim probably means in some ways a harder ride than in real life.

Tempted but I'm feeling a bit rough today - i struggled on last night's CG1 and thought it was just the course, but actually I think I've come down with a bit of cold as been coughing and sneezing. Had a bit of a asthma like attack after the ride, which freaked HID out somewhat  Planning on a slow ride later to build up a sweat but not stress the lungs and chest too much.
ok mate, take it easy.
