I' d be up for that

Another thought,.. (ouch!)
Has anyone considered starting a specific forum like the Tacx forum? It can be done for free using - https://www.proboards.com/
This thread now has over 80 pages all full of great info and tips, but totally unfiltered, so If someone new was to jump in here they gotta spend an hour starting from post 1. I would be more than happy to help out moderating or whatever if needed. What do the rest of you think?
Or does it already exist somewhere else?
You'd think there'd be a dedicated Bkool forum wouldn't you. I guess there's just many bkool topics within other forums. Like you say, the good info here will just end up lost within the many pages. I have no idea if there already is a forum somewhere but the CycleChat one here is the one I found when I went a looking.

Great, I've joined!
That is a pretty early start though 6am...How does it work, is it the intention that we all start at that time, or do we have 24hrs to complete it?

For those interested in the Bkool group: please send me an inbox with your email address (the one used in your Bkool account so that I may start adding you).
How do I do that?

Hello Darryn, we have a 24 hr window to complete the route... so each one can do the route on their most convenient time.. if two or more members coincide then they can ride together... but it has to be done on the assigned date (in this case Friday)...By saturday all results will be in and I will post them (i guess everyone can also look at them in the group page) .. it is my first time creating a group so bare with me while I get the full knowledge of it.

So my turbo was collected today and the Kickr is due tomorrow... looking forward to getting back on with this...
Are you sticking with the BKool software then?

I can't remember but there were people asking about updates and calibration with the new pro model and there being no usb input?

I just got off the phone with their tech support, and they do the calibration using team-viewer (taking over your pc) and a calibration tool - all wireless where they can see if the magnets are working properly while I slowly rode at a faster speed. I could see it all myself on the screen so I assume it was all good.

The trainer can only generate up to 1200watts, so that works out to about a 20% slope. i was concerned at the sessions on the site that had mangled gradients generated at 30% and higher, he said to try and avoid those sessions!

the unstable watts that were jumping 20-50 per revolution were normal, as this is not normalized during the ride as tacx seems to be, because I never seen this with tacx, but at the end of the ride it makes no difference I guess.
