Did you need to make any adjustments on your derailleur or are you running a 25-11..
I run a 27-12 on my road bike with a 53-39 on the front, so the 25-11 seems to be close enough that the indexing is still ok. Unfortunately the new cassette has highlighted the 'well-loved' nature of my chain - it was all a bit clattery.

..don't think I'll be challenging any of your runs....awsome power
 Shucks. I don't think I'll be putting in that effort on every ride!

Assuming my FTP is 95% of the 20 minute test power, that gives an FTP of about 294W. I've done previous 8 minute FTP tests on the rollers using a powertap wheel and TrainerRoad and this usually gives values around the 270W mark. My guess is that I was finding it more difficult to get to the higher powers on the rollers and spinning out a little. I've also realised that I've not calibrated the powertap in a while.

One thing I did notice was that the Kickr's calibration was WAY out when I first fired it up - literally in the kWs! I couldn't find a way in BKool to do the calibration, but TrainerRoad has a decent spindown recalibration. After doing that the numbers became a little more realistic.

I was wondering if that were the case but so far I've not moved down any levels. Since I got the trainer moved up from amateur 4 to active 5 at 290w but most recent 3 runs around 250w. Still active 5 though.

I think mine dropped when I was doing intervals in the velodrome, so spinning very slowly for a few laps and then one or two 500+w laps, the average watts were quite low.

Interesting. Perhaps its only certain rides that count towards fitness level. I'll see what happens when I do a 4 hour ride at 100 - 200w.

Hello: I just opened my new Bkool pro trainer. I completed the first FTP test, and when I went to look at the my history it did not show any resutls, so I though I forgot to save and went back again and did the test for a second time. I made sure to click save and waiting until it finished "uploading". I went back to check my activity and still no results, and no points added to my account... I am trying to build a plan and it asks me to complete the test which I have done twice but the results data does not show.. any suggestions? has it happened to anyone? Thank you... Nice ridding

I'd suggest trying a normal ride and see if that shows up. I seem to remember doing an FTP that didn't show.

The whole FTP process was a little odd (I'm finding the bkool website quite hard work TBH, and I develop software for a living) but my test did show up pretty quickly after completion.

Another quick question: how do you turn off the trainer?... the green light is on even after i have finished my work out... do you just disconnect from the power outlet? or do you leave it on.?
