I have a usb ext cable somewhere i will give it a try just in case.
My mate was saying something about Ant+ 1 and Ant + 2..............Ant + 1 can only deal with a certain number of devices....may need to do a bit of research .........my Ant+ usb dongle that came with the bkool trainer doesnt look like the one they sell as an aftermarket item,,,,,,,,,,but

I think you may be right about Garmin

On the Garmin question, I had to take out all garmin drivers before I could use the Ant+ fob.

On another subject, now that I have been using Bkool for a week, I find it a really great tool for training, never a boring indoor session. However they could work on their site a bit, find it really frustrating searching for a specific session or just repeating one.
Also, would have thought that you could launch a session from your favourites tab and then add bots etc.
Any ideas or tricks I am missing?

When searching, I find that putting part of the name in the Keyword box is fairly efficient. It doesn't work with Bkool's own profile sessions (e.g. Flat - 123456) though. I haven't found a way to search for them.
To repeat a session, go to MY ACTIVITY, find the session and click Challenge.
To schedule a favourite session, click on See, then Set Up.

What I find annoying is that when I create a session it is often dated for tomorrow, not today. Unless I remember to check the date, I have to create it twice.

Yes Asa I find that really annoying too, they definitely should invest some money in improving the navigation on the site. Product is top class, if only they got the site sorted would be 5 star instead of the 4 star I give them at the moment.

Notifications on the home screen show that I've won (or lost) a challenge but not which session - it seems that the session link is missing.
Is this a well known bug or am I missing something?

It's been like that since the major software update that introduced 3D and a few other things.
If you have chosen to receive notifications about challenges (in your profile settings) you get an email about the challenge. The email does say which session, who beat you and what the time was.

So according to bkool the pro version has an inbuilt cadence sensor, I'm curious how that works. Have managed to get the heart rate monitor to sync up and working well now.

Just getting my head around the software now.
