All joined. Was on the line early enough then forgot my bottle. Went to kitchen but by time I got back you’d both shot off with a minute or so head start.

Thanks for showing up (and waiting). Yes my ghost was probably at least 3 years / 6 kilos younger and was from a race in the Danish BKOOL League, so lots of drafting. Finished outside the top 20, so I don’t know my numbers, but probably +3wkg avg. + the drafting.

EDIT: From November 2nd 2021, 88 kilos, 264watts avg. (3 wkg).

You didn’t join the group ride but the ride under the League section. So the ones who shot off were ghosts (Inluding mine)🙂

I’m going to try to have a go tomorrow but I’m not sure what time I’m afraid. Maybe around 4pm if that’s any good? I just can’t guarantee it. Or I’m around Monday daytime if you’re free?

Working Monday if there’s a few for 4 maybe. I’ve got a Frankenstein bike to try out & may do a 10k run.

I couldnt make yesterday as went to a little water park. Few good slides and an outdoor heated pool which was lovely as the temperature was 35c and ambient was below 10c
