Try pickle juice. It may be a placebo but it does seem to work for me.
But I have so much electrolyte/energidrink stuff on storage, that I bought (just) pre-crash, so got to use that too.

Woke up (screaming!) at 4 AM this morning with a cramp in my left calf and it is still sore AF, so we will see how much I can push it today!

Sorry Brus, got an unfair advantage at the start there, tucked in behind Tommy and Lee and got towed to the bottom of the climb. The gap between you and I then stayed pretty constant till the finish.
