As usual, I got nowhere with BK support. They just refer to the known problems with ghosts and say that they are working on it. So all we can do is wait.

This has to be one of the most brittle production apps I've ever used. Fix something, break 2 other things. Q/A process is shockingly bad as prod releases always have something amiss.

Clearly their delivery manager sees UAT / QA as an impediment to getting fixes and releases out the door.

Yup, I remember having a long discussion with a team once about how a beta release was not a replacement for regression testing. Selenium sitting unused somewhere in Spain or just doing gloss over tests.

Was actually thinking of doing a group ride on indieVelo 38 minutes from now. I have no hopes of improving my Thursday time anyway.

Update 7.56 of BKOOL SIM available at https://www.bkool.com/en/cycling-simulator

It is adviced to uninstall old version first. But I will just install over the old one, as I have no real problems with the current one.
