I saw the 2 ghosts, but I guess they were the ghosts already in the "Challenge"? I couldn't believe it when my ghost finished at 6wkg+, surely I wasn't doing that Thursday as I remember it!
Sprinting for the win against Craig last year, it all makes more sense now.
Do you have any idea why I'm not seeing the ghosts?

Rod, good time in round 1. After 10 mins my eta was about 38 mins but I couldn't keep it up.

We were all going faster/harder in the past, even last year. I remember having to reduce my pace to limit my HR, when trying to keep up with you and others. This year there has been no such danger, mostly!

Tonight's stage is a deceptive one if I remember, fairly straightforward untill the last few km which are horrible!
