I just did a repeat of the 2nd stage. Nothing fell off me or the bike so I’m taking positives. The HRM is still not playing along so I think I might have to buy a new one.
Is anyone interested in riding tomorrow? I think I’ll have a go at the first stage.

Up in Stowe Vermont this veterans day where we had actual snow for the fist time this year. Got the water rower setup and gave it a quick test. Interesting to see my power in watts is similar to bike power throughout the range. Forgot heart monitor, but either rustle one up tomorrow or bring it next time. Crusty ski shop (ski ops) was full of also crusty and opionated old farts just like us when I dropped gear off for pre ski tune. Looks good so far.

No food more horrid in my book as Newfoundland Canada in the 80s-90s. Words cannot convey the shocking approach to otherwise great ingredients.

Tough luck Tommy - there is nothing like a injury time winner, and you have to play for alot more tham 90 minutes these days. We played well and it was the best atmosphere at Molineux for quite sometime. Plus no dodgy VAR decisions.

now all I know about football is you stand one end and try to get the ball the other end so please don't berate me but surely var has got to be better than 11 men bouncing round the ref all waving arms . not a sporty type person and find football is definitely not to my taste I get fed up too easy , think if I had to choose a sport it would have to be ice hockey , I know even less about that but the bits I have watched there seemed to always be something happening - I particularly liked it when Paul Newman put them 3 brothers in
