Wish BKOOL would move League rides to/nearer the top instead of all the other cr@p.

Going to try a bit of indoor rowing during ski season when bike is far away. Curious to see if that will help or hinder bike performance.

I’m not sure if my attendance would have done much to prove that theory.

I don’t know if it’s registered in the league but I pootled around the course earlier today. Pootled being an understatement!

I think I might have to work next Thursday now too. But I’ll make sure I do the course over the following weekend.

Well, that explains everything! I was waiting for the wrong route last night. Can't say I am looking forward to doing the warm up again, but will do tomorrow.
Thanks for clarifying, glad that there's not a problem with my set-up, just my understanding.
