Averaged about 220w for me and felt hard. All going well though so hopefully some good close races coming up this season.

I sent an invite to you @shimceltic via the clunky bkool friends thing but couldn't see anyone else or a search facility so if anyone knows how...

I am not too keen on the friends things as that would clutter the Recent activity page on my.bkool.com.

As I remember it, friend requests come via e-mail, and my BKOOL e-mail is not working anymore. Well, maybe it is, but I don’t have it since around 2021.

Sorry I didn’t join you guys last night. I tried to find the ride this today to see if I could have a go but couldn’t find it.

In the end I just did 5km of a random course. The bike and the software seem to be working well so I’m ready for a good old fashioned shock to the system next Thursday.

It is an ordinary League ride, so just scroll to the very bottom of the main page in the simulator. it is still there now!

Wish BKOOL would move League rides to/nearer the top instead of all the other cr@p.
