What's it like? That flat one from last week wasn't as flat as the profile suggested.

There are a few little lumps but not as much as last week. There's a climb at about 2/3 which is 5-6% for a couple of minutes but not a lot other than that. I dropped my chain (again) there so if you're taking it easy you'll maybe see my ghost fannying about with the front chain ring. It could be fast if you get a good group together.

Nah, never saw him after he joined.
He did the segment in 11:41 with 112bpm. So wasn't exactly max out but still decent time...

@Barbes66 Nice work there with your TT effort. Guess I will need to fuel up a bit and try to attempt a stronger run at it.
