Did you initiate the update (actually a full install) outside of BKOOL? The 100% means different things. Normally that BKOOL has loaded all assets and is ready to show the home screen. When updating, it means that is has finished downloading the update (but not started the install). Updating is done outside BKOOL in Windows, and some antivirus software prevents the install from launching - leaving you stuck inside BKOOL at the 100% screen. Sure that is not what happened?
I am pretty sure it was the lap top boss
I bought it a few years ago for the boy and his games as it was good in its day but thru the years I have installed and uninstalled so many things that it won’t hurt to have a fresh start
Took ages for windows to finally open then I clicked on bkool and had a black screen with. Laying down B filling and dissolving with %above it
Got to 100% then all that happened was the B doing it’s stuff for 45mins
At start I didn’t want to turn it off and on again ( limit of my knowledge ) because I hadn’t got time - then I was just intrigued to see what would happen if I left it !
Gonna put a new ssd in it to speed things up. , graphics card was one of the best so that’s ok but boy wonder tells me something in it won’t run windows 11 whatever he said it was ( I forget )it will mean iwill run it till it runs no more then maybe let him canibalise it for parts
