I’m interested to hear what you think of rouvy @shimceltic. I raced on it on Tuesday with Berty basset and thought it was really good.

You're welcome to join us but please don't try to persuade anyone away from Bkool! There are few enough as it is, and you lot did enough damage by disappearing to Zwift!

I liked the rouvy augmented running, won't be giving up my bkool for it though so no need to worry yet Rod.

Fair enough Rod, and apologies. That wasn’t actually my intention. I’ve only done one ride on rouvy so was just seeing what others thought really because it’s much more like bkool than zwift. But I do take your point. It actually left a bad taste in my mouth when people came here specifically to slag off bkool.

I wish I could sub to Zwift, rouvy etc alongside my bkool and tacx subs but with the prices it's a case of one or the other. Rgt seems to be alienating some with the new steering controls which is a shame as that was a good place to ride free.

I think somethings going to have to give for me soon too. Probably zwift. I have a rouvy, a bkool, a zwift and a big ring vr sub at the moment!

Is Tacx sub for workouts?

Had to deinstall and reinstall program and runtime 3x till it stayed up. No warm up : (, but Craig looking fantastic going up that hill polished me off. I'll see if I can't get this thing a bit more stable on Win 11 before Saturday ride.

Craig was flying up the hill and I thought he was gonna catch me on the descent, especially when Brusgaard caught him I expected a tandem but he must have missed the draft.

Weighing 20kg less, he would have to work like crazy to catch me on a downhill. I knew my only shot at the podium was not to let him have too much of a gap on the climb. I think I did OK in that regard!

Yes your climbing had improved on the steep sections.

I really enjoyed the graphics. Bkool and rouvy are a real tonic after so long on zwift. Really nice video.

As for the actual race I think it was a case of blind panic and adrenaline kicking in at the right time. Sort of gambled on getting a gap on the climb and not having much left for the decent.

I realised afterward Strava and bkool weren’t paired. Does anyone know if its easy to add the ride to Strava after the fact?
