I've never had that sausage, but it sounds killer with the salami and fennel. I have a weakness for 3 cheese, but am also one of those nuts that like anchovies.
I'm not a big fan of anchovies but on a pizza with black olives it's good!
The sausage is a spreadable version from reggio calabria, nice and spicy... Any Italian delis near you? Might be able to get it.
Pastry and a sweet filling?
Have to head over to Providence Rhode Island to get great Italian food, New Hampshire is a bit like being in Mildenhall UK. Lots of little villages with folks who consider going 40 miles to a big city a major thing.
Can you get nduja in the US?
'Nduja from Italy is not available in the US, but fortunately there are some excellent American interpretations.
Love fennel salami also, got some cheese in Italy and it was a goats cheese rolled in dried chilli and called the bomb of sadam, or was excellent.
Never seen it here, but there are some shops that I know that might carry it - will check. Also killer on Pizza in the Rockies mountain areas is Elk sausage - absolutely loaded with sweet flavor.
Sorry for the false start. Popped off the bike to grab a Colombian energy snack.... And the countdown started, at least you both noticed.

Remember to toggle warmup required next time.
Are those the special February pastries?
So the warm up was on till I popped off the bike, so by toggling that it will make sure the full 10 mins is observed? I'm glad Craig and John paid attention to the countdown
I looked up and wondered where the missing time had gone - it totally threw me so I'll add that to tonight's list of excuses.
