Rode a cool down on Tissot TT after my butt got stomped by Brus and a guy in a blue helmet came up behind me pushing 25 watts per pound (2.2 Kg). E-bike? J Vine? Man, that takes the wind out of one's sails.

Trouble is I don't think there's a stage long enough and proper uphill enough even if I had the fitness. I'll try and be more competitive next month if the parcours curator plays ball, eh @shimceltic ??

I thought that last stage was plenty hilly but maybe you didn't have the fitness at the moment. I've felt better past 2 weeks now I've got some carbs back in me!

Exactly. But it was fun. I tried to power up the short ones and it helped get me out if the saddle.
