A full day of sun here and temps around 1-3C. Really should have gone outside for a spin. Ended up cleaning and lubing the bikes instead.

Tough training right now for me. Because there is so much downhill I'm spinning out at my max cadence, I'm trying to eat as much breakfast as I can to add a few pounds to help the downhill speed. Of course I'll pay for it on that last climb.

I've lost 5 kg since January league started, feel like I should update my weight in the sim before the uphill next week....

Will actually update in Feb to keep it fair
