It sounds like a plan. See everyone in Bkool in the fall but we will keep in touch here. And I'll see @Brusgaard for lunch sometime between August 16th and September 13th. My rough plan is to ride counterclockwise so probably towards the last week.

September 10th/11th is the annual "Skive Løbet" weekend, which is 2 days of running and biking with usually around 5.000 attendees in total - this year celebrating its 50th year anniversary. There are bike routes of 26, 58 and 101 km. But I guess that is too late for you, if you have a plane to catch on the 13th in Copenhagen?

Of course you are more than welcome to stay a night or two at our place, if you want!

Probably the 58 km one. But if I somehow surprisingly find some form during the summer, I will take a stab at the 101 km. They (completely) changed the route a couple of years back, and I have never done the new 101 km one.

Best of luck on whatever selection you make, hopefully less grueling than the Paris-Roubaix we just watched. Also, I think Phil Ligget has finally succumbed to whatever high priced grape vintage he drinks, worst announcing job of any sport I watch. Will pay extra just to get Phil and Bob free Tour stream with quality commentating.

Coincidence? Tried the new Beta and this song popped up as soon as I started the new augmented ride. Way smoother for me on the Mac mini.

Or a push to get going. I am tweaking my seat height and pedals so off and on ride. Didn't save it. I'll ride it again later. The dogs are demanding we go for their big walk now.

20 mins of chasing a ball does Cino for half a day of piece and quiet

I’m just bumping my cleats forward a little. Then the seat up a tiny amount to keep the knee angle good with the slightly more bent foot.
My Orbea Avant is made for long comfortable rides. I have spent 8 hours a day on tours with no problems. Too bad they’re not making the carbon version anymore. This is my second one after the first was stolen in Scotland.

I’m only making small adjustments to make up for aging and change in knee.

Niiiccee! Same exact gearing ratios as my bike, although I admit I am seriously wanting a 12 gear setup with a 52 large up front after testing it with the trainer. I'm a motorcycle guy and really miss not having some bigger gearing for the downhills given my light weight. Hopefully some more photos coming of your outdoor cycling adventures to inspire my music efforts at this end.

We got a piece of equipment and the shipping pallet has some shock absorbers. I’m thinking about trying it. But I also thought about getting some compressor mounting feet and try it under each foot

I like how the tacx one moves forward and back. Supposedly no loss of watts and more natural feel.

After moving house and now living near the longest continuous uphill in England I thought I'd try the opposite way.... I was disappointed I had to peddle all the way due to the exposed roads and not very steep gradient.
Would love a mile long 10% straight line descent to get some speed up!
