Good luck to those doing this again on Saturday, I'm definately not going to... Not much fun in these mountain stages where only the lightweights stand a chance. Maybe if you throw in a 100 km all 10%+ downhill, these 7-10 minutes time gaps can be closed?
Point taken and I'm Sorry I thought I'd got it right this month. I honestly expected to lose time some time to you on stage one, gain a load back on this stage level on stage 3 and then lose a bucket load on stage 4. I guess hard climbs like tonight's should be 7or 8kms maximum.

Chapeau @berty bassett great ride, I just couldn't get close to you, I hope me chasing you was as hard for you as chasing you was for me. Don't worry the rest of you your revenge awaits on stage 4 ! Also we can all join as spectators on Saturday and watch @shimceltic suffer!
I can honestly assure you that the ONLY thing keeping me pedalling was you closing the gap - I could have popped anytime ! Really had to work just to keep nose infront and was so nervous all the time

Notice a pattern in today's result??

With more than 8 km of climbing, how on earth should an 86 kg rider win stage 1?

That was nice.xx(
For I second there I thought I might win this. Then I woke up. Good finish @Brusgaard ! I had nothing left to even try...and I suspected you might even have saved a little something to keep me at bay, had I even tried to challenge you.
I think I might have to work on those starts as I am always lightyears behind after 100 meters.
I hope you did note my pro-style turn at the 5,9 km mark! Very efficient on the shoulder to avoid the steep inside. Happy with that. It was my most important take home point today. Other than that...well...no not really.

oh...the kickr core was nice and quiet. No neighbours calling the police this time. But they should have called the ambulance.

I’m ok now though. But I might not take a second stab at this one...

now.,,where did I put those lungs?

Thanks guys for 'letting' me join your ride tonight. Been meaning to for a while - it was good fun so I'll try and make it again next week. Cheers, Craig
Great to see you mixing right in Craig, the climbs tend to just become processions in w/kg order but there's a lot more fun on the undulating courses where there's more drafting and tactics at play.
