Yes, and not having done the real stage 1 and league closing tomorrow, it just isn't worth it swapping trainers.
I think I've done a 2D-only route 2-3 times, and it sucks no matter the route profile.

I think they only thing that will work is drugging him, blindfold, letting him come to clipped into his bike , remove the blindfold and he will see a toned down graphics version of Zwift in front of him and bill and Keith’s avatars ( or someone pretending to be them) on the screen riding away from him. It just might work. The urge to race them may just get the better of his sensory perception!
