I see two headlights - but no green lights??
I'm cycling fast enough, this can not be a reason... I also tested with another power adapter from previous model Bkool Pro, and the green light also flashes.
The use of the trainer is almost impossible because the power (watts) is jumping up and down. Below I am adding a video of what it looks like in the Bkool simulator when the green light flashes. I have the feeling that the light starts flashing when I start cycling very hard.
I dont know what to do...Anybody seen that problem before?

Surely the light is a power indicator and therefore your trainer must have an internal fault. If the power to the trainer is faulty and intermittent, the trainer will drop in and out of resistance.
Send it back and/or get it tested.
Yeah, it worked normally until recently.Has it ever worked correctly?
It does sound like it might be faulty. I think most on here have the old style 'black' Bkool Pro units so won't have the same lights etc and hence hard to compare. I used to have the black Bkool Pro unit and this always worked fine and I didn't experience any of these issues. Your best bet might be to contact Bkool (or the retailer you got the unit from) and see what they say. Good luckYeah, it worked normally until recently.
I'm setting up the may and June leagues, home locations would be useful to see if we can have local(ish) stages based on where people live!
