Never done this before but hiring a mountain bike tomorrow and heading oot into the volcanic hills this week.. hoping to do a deal on a few weeks hire.. burned myself today and need to back off the wine for breakfast, lunch & dinner... n try eating some food.

Kept up with you @keithaitch until the last hill, but lost 25 seconds on the 11-15% segments and then kept loosing time all the way down to the finish on stage 13. So instead of clawing back time I lost more and am now falling further behind. With the current form I see myself having problems achieving a first page finish overall. I liked stage 13 though....

There was one. I made a tactical error taking it too easy on a little kick 35kms from the end saving myself for the last hard climb so got distanced from the group of 7 I was in and never got back on. Should have stayed with them and would have been 2 minutes faster but overall very happy with the result Win my age group by 14 minutes! Now to keep this form and build on the base for the rest of the season. Thanks to all you guys for making winter training fun.

Just done the 1st stage of the volta. A bit rusty as not been on the bike for a week. Graphics look updated again. Hopefully the partnership with movistar will keep making the sim constantly improve

More like a Classics race today than yesterday.
How strong were the Sky trio in the finale!
Little Bernal rode like a Trojan or should I say Belgian.
They could have made a bit more time in GC but interests turned to the stage win with 1km to go and who towed them home but little Bernal.
Not surprisingly Groenewegen came through for the sprint.

CG race today is the big one hosted by Keith so don't miss out on all the excitement. Make sure you're on the line at 7pm. I think there's some big hills so those who like to ride with second hand tyres off ebay running at 50psi will have a chance of the win *
