I had a 7 day zwift trial and haven't done much with it as it seemed to just be 1 course and I've enjoyed bkool app. Do people here use both?

Some do both. There are multiple courses run on several bigger theme Watopia, London, Richmond and now Innsbruck. There is also New York coming later this month. Zwift keeps their routes limited so it concentrates their users, it encourages competitive spirit.

Then there are the races which will have 50 upto 2000 riders taking part in one event.

@BILL S I've quit from the Chaingang Group - I couldn't see how to quit being an admin (so you can share it with someone else) so hoping me quitting the group frees up an admin account.

You'll be missed Carl, but thanks for freeing up your admin space for someone else. If you want back in at anytime please just apply to join again, however I can't help thinking there's more chance of me bumping into you again on Zwift than on bkool.

Sorry, but can't see me coming back to bkool. It's always been about the racing for me, and when we had decent numbers on bkool it was goodbut with only a few each race now, and mostly ghosts, it's not as competitive or fun. We had a good group at about the same level, but now sadly either gone to Zwift or just gone completely!

Zwift there are always close to 100+ on races so always riders around to push me harder. I'm liking the Zwift training sessions too which are really helping me.

:okay:

Any chance of you riding Thursdays? I can never make Saturdays

The Danish Bkool League (http://www.bkoolligaen.dk) has started this Tuesday, with races every Tuesday / Thursday at 7 PM and Sunday at 9 AM (UK time).

So I would probably race in that league, since we are about 150-200 riders on the start line(s).
220+ riders finished the race this Tuesday and yesterday. These are LIVE races, so you can't do them later on and have them count!
So far we have split the races into 3 groups/sessions based on W/Kg, as previous versions of BSIM was very unstable once we moved above 60-70 riders in one session. One of these days, we will do a test with 200+ riders in a single session, and see how that goes!

As I also race on Zwift (on my Elite Direto), I may not be a regular on the Bkool races, and that goes for both the Danish League's and the CG ones. Racing in Bkool Simulator races on a non-Bkool trainer is like meh...

Thx for this it sounds great. Do you have to be Danish to join?

Well, technically you don't, but the final computed results seen on the website will have all non-Danish removed from the ranking.
The races are password protected as not to have rogue riders/spectators joining from all over the world.

Keith!!! :notworthy:
You are the new AAAC
I couldn't stay with you towards the end as you broke me .
Must try to get fitter for next week. Still been riding hard to work and back but been off the turbo for 6 weeks. You're obviously in pretty good shape

Trying to get my Win10 Laptop working with the new BSIM.
I expect I have lost the edge.

Good to see we Brits did well in the worlds again whilst I was away.
