Yes you lost me - but thanks for picking me up again - twice. :notworthy::okay: Did a hard BWC race earlier tonight, finishing 5th after 3 NC-riders and beating another NC-rider in the sprint. ^_^ So, I was a bit worn out 11 kms into this race, sorry! :surrender:

I suspected you'd been racing earlier. I was in pain trying to keep up but I knew you were in more pain. Amazing how being up near the front has a better effect on the motivation to keep going. When Paul gave it the berries on that final sprint I had no chance of keeping up, much as I tried. Still feeling it after Tuesday but happy in the knowledge that my new tyre seems to have got me back to where I used to be.

If one of your lovely ladies is in the driving seat, perhaps make a good neck brace.

So sorry about the start - I was actually lucky as we had a brief powercut! Only for a few seconds but long enough fir the trainer to unpair and start the 10 seconds countdown. I was waiting for the power to go again all through the ride but luckily it was ok - good race guys. Well done AAAC

It worked out fine though. I think everyone grouped up and we all concluded that it wasn't worth restarting under the circumstances. We might not even have been able to find the new ride if we had. Great sprint at the end Paul. I held on for a little but it was a futile attempt.

Thanks Bill, I was bracing myself for that finish for a while. Timed it about right this time and held on just long enough - I can assure you it hurt!

Is the ‘ suggest improvement’ page still open to bkool ? I had a little ride earlier where I tried The 3d and the roller coaster graphic-was enough to make me feel queasy - flicked to video that was unwatchable and ended up in the map - I suppose I got what I paid for - quid a month - but would be miffed at full price

Yes I haven't sent the list to them yet as I haven't had a chance - and the update has added a few more. Can you put a link to the dodgy ride on the problems thread?

I was hurting quite a bit today.
Had to tuck in quite a few times and wait my moment as I never beat you two sprinting.
I saw the gap open and put the hammer down but almost cracked at the end.
Perhaps Tuesdays double sesh took more out of me than I thought.

I could get a nice set of alloys for that or some pretty good coilovers.
My whole bike cost less than those pedals
